O'Sullivan Construction is a "Full Service" company, from design consulting to finish carpentry and anything in between.

1. Pre-construction consultation: I can meet with you to discuss your project. If you need a designer/Architect I can refer you to a number of local talented professionals. As the design work progresses I can help with cost engineering.

2. General Contracting/Construction: Once the design work is done I can bid and build the project with your needs in mind. Accurate, "up to date" accounting of project costs will be available. Project organization and management is outstanding.

3. Design services/consultation: During the construction project I am available to put the finishing touches on any project. I use a CAD program to draw accurate details to represent the Owner's ideas.
